March Favorites

During the month of March; I have been loving loads of things. So, I thought I would them with you.
My Favorites from March vary from Books, Beauty Products, Stationery.
So, Let's get Started!

BEAUTY PRODUCTS

CHANEL Chance Eau Fraîche Eau de Parfum

I first bought this perfume in a duty-free shop on a ferry from Dover to Calais on my way to Paris on my trip in 2013. It was such a good price and scent is completely intoxicating. It is such a fresh scent and usually I didn't opt for the fresh scents; but this completely changed my opinion. I LOVE this perfume; and I think it has become my signature scent.

Tartelette Tease Palette by TARTE

One of the most important parts of a makeup look are the Eyes. So, choosing the right colours that suit you well, without looking Over the Top, is especially hard. A few weeks ago, I went to Sephora and was looking at the Tarte products and found this little palette. I opened it and found that colours would suit my eye colour perfectly since I have Brown eyes. The palette contains 2 matte highlight colours, 2 shimmer colours and 2 darker matte colours. I will let you in on an added bonus; It smells like Chocolate!

High Class Affair by ESSIE

I have used Essie nail polishes for a very long time; and every time there is a new collection out I am always very impressed. Their latest collection, which is their Spring & Summer Collection, is no exception. My favorite colour in High Class Affair (I love the way they name each colours); which is a nice Nude colour.

Lip Glosses from the Tanya Burr Cosmetics

I wasn't one to wear lip glosses before, until I watched a video on YouTube  and heard about this brand lip glosses. I do watch Tanya Burr's videos and I thought it would be interesting to see if I would like her lip glosses. I went on the Feel Unique website, and ordered a lip gloss and a few other things from her line. I bought the Lip Gloss in Afternoon Tea, which is a nice Pink, and a makeup bag that came with two other mini lip glosses (part of the Christmas collection). There was a deep Pink colour (Carousel) and a Clear one (Diamonds are a Girl's best friend) as well. The texture is incredibly smooth and the applicators mould to your lips so well. Also, they smell so good; the original formats smell like Watermelon candies, and the two other smell like Vanilla Icing.

STATIONERY

20 card Box Set from GRAPHIQUE

Back in February, I went to Chapters to buy books and stationery. I was in the Paper section and found this cute box set of 4 different kinds of cards. Also, they were on sale; so I got them for a good price. The card are blank on the inside, so you can decide what to use them for. So, instead of buying Birthday or Occasion card, you can really tell the receiver of the card what you really want to say. Chapters has a great selection of stationery brands and style, so there is something for everyone.

Pack of 2 Notebooks from KATE SPADE

Also, when I was in Chapters, I came across the Kate Spade line of stationery (which I LOVE btw...) and I found a pack of 2 notebooks that were Perfect. Both notebooks are 80 pages and are just the right size to fit in my cross-body bag (which is a problem I often have); and they looked so much like Spring, so I got them. I use them to write down lists and blog post ideas.

BOOKS

Audrey Hepburn; An Elegant Spirit

You all know how much I admire Audrey Hepburn, and so when I found this book I was Happy to see that it was written by one of her sons: Sean Hepburn Ferrer. He talks about Audrey's life and how he remembers and recalls nice memories of his mother's life. There are some unseen pictures in the book that I really thought were nicely taken. Most of the pictures I see these days are black and white, and so it was nice to see a lot of coloured pictures. Audrey is such an inspiration for me, and after reading this book; I feel like I know more about her and what she lived.

MUSIC

Dangerous Woman by Ariana Grande - Single

One night this week, I was driving home from work and I was listening to the radio. All of a sudden the Dj announced a new song Ariana Grande; so I kept on listening. Instantly as soon as I heard it, I got Goosebumps!  I have been a fan of Ariana Grande for a while; and it sounds unlike anything she's ever done before. The link I have left beneath the picture is linked to a video that shows Ariana singing the song A Capella.
She absolutely AMAZING!

This book is an amazing mix of fashion, crime and love. I've read more than few times over the last few years. The character for Catherine is an amazing portrayal of a French woman's journey in America as a corporate lawyer. The story is really inspiring, showing that there are a lot of hard decisions to make in life, work and especially in love. It's the perfect book for women who have love of fashion and crime/law.
