Lately, I had been feeling a bit stressed or anxious. So, one day that I wasn't working; I decided to pamper myself. I make sure that I turn my phone off or on silent when I have a pamper session, just so that I don't get bothered with emails and texts. I will also talk about some relaxation methods that I do when I feel stressed out or anxious. So, here are the steps I take when I have a pamper session. Skincare First, I pull back my hair with a hair band, Then, I start by washing my face; and I have been using the Origins GinZing refreshing scrub cleanser. It makes my skin feels so smooth and re-energized, and it smells like Oranges. I love it so much. After, I use the Origins Clear Improvements Active Charcoal mask; I evenly spread the mask on my face and leave it on for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then, I remove it with an old face cloth and warm water. Once the mask is off, I use the Simple Soothing Facial Toner. I use it with a cosmetic pad and spread it on....
