My Favorite Christmas Movies

I Love Christmas Movies!!! During Christmas time, watching Christmas movies always put me festive mood. I like a lot of Christmas movies; but these are the ones that I find myself watching every year. I will not place them in any particular order, because I Love them all equally.

The Holiday

I absolutely LOVE this movie!! Starring Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law & Jack Black; this is my Ultimate feel-good romantic comedy! I always watch it at around Christmas time. If you have never seen it; I highly recommend it!

ELF

Elf is absolutely hilarious and heart warming! I watched it about 3 times so far this year. This star studded cast includes: Will Ferell, James Caan, Bob Newhart, and Zooey Deschanel. I love this movies; and every time I watch it I am instantly put into the Christmas Spirit!

Home Alone

This is probably the first ever Christmas movie I remember watching. Starring Macaulay Culkin, Daniel Stern, John Pesci & Catherine O'Hara; this movie absolutely hilarious! My favorite part of the movie has to be when Kevin (Culkin) is setting up the traps for the robbers (Stern and Pesci).

The Santa Clause

This is such an adorable Chritmas movie! This movie stars Tim Allen (Santa Claus/Scott Calvin), Eric Lloyd (Charlie), and David Krumholtz (Bernard, Head Elf). Since the first time I saw it, I never stopped loving this movie. It is an absolute Christmas Classic.

A Christmas Story

I Love this Movie a lot! Starring Peter Billingsley (Ralphie), Jean Sheperd (Randy), Darren McGavin (Father) & Melinda Dillon (Mother); this movie is about a little boy who wants a Red Ryder Rifle for Christmas. Unfortunately, he thinks he won't get it because everyone says that he will shoot his eye out. On top of that, he has to deal with a bully, a father who swears a lot and a mother who means well. I watch this almost every year, and I laugh just as much as I did when I first watched it.

Christmas with the Kranks

I have already watched this movie about 5 times this year; and every time I watch it I laugh so much. Starring Tim Allen, Jamie Lee Curtis and Dan Aykroyd; this movie is about a couple who try to escape the rituals of Christmas to take a cruise. Little do they know; their vacation plans are put on hold when their daughter decides to come home for Christmas. Ever since this movie came out, I have watched it every year. It is so funny and such a feel good holiday movie.

I hope you enjoyed this post!! I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in 2016. I will be back in the New Year with more; but for now I will be spending time with my family & friends. Lots of Love, Martine xox
