During the Fall and Winter months, I love to bake cookies and brownies mostly. I found a recipe in a baking magazine; and I am going to change up a few ingredients. My favorite flavour of cake happens to be Chocolate! These cookies look and sound so festive and I am very excited to make these cookies to share with you. This recipe makes about 24 cookies.

Directions
1. Put the White and Milk Chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl to microwave for 30 seconds or until it is all melted and stir together well.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the Flour, Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon, Baking Powder, and Salt; set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk the Eggs, Vegetable oil, and
Vanilla. Add in the Sugar and the Chocolate mixture and whisk it all together until smooth. Stir in the flour mixture with a wooden spoon until well combined.
4. Transfer the dough to a piece of cling wrap and wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours).
5. Preheat the oven at 300F. Line the baking sheets with parchment paper. Put the icing sugar in a bowl. Take a tablespoonful of dough into an inch balls and toss the balls into the icing sugar. Place the balls onto the baking sheet apart 2 inches and flatten slightly with a fork.
6. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, switching the pans halfway through. Let cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet and transfer to a cooling rack to completely cool.
