My Prince Edward County Vacation

Prince Edward County Vacation

For the last few years, I have vacationed in Prince Edward County. It is so beautiful. Whether I went for a day or two, I always had such a great time discovering the hidden treasures this wonderful county has to offer. This year, my family and I decided to go camping for a week. We stayed at a very nice campground called Quinte Isle Campark, which is just 5 minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park. It ended up being warmest and sunniest week, we enjoyed going to the beach and also our lot was close to the water so we ended up relaxing most of the time by the water. We also went exploring one day and visited a cheese company, a lavender farm, and a few wineries and vineyards. I hope you enjoy the pictures I took and I will also include a little description.

Pebble Beach
We spent most of our time sitting in our chairs and enjoying the scenery.

Black Prince Winery

The first winery we visited, the inside is quite chic and medieval.
I give it a 7 out of 10

Huff Estates Winery

The second winery we visited, and it was very grand and sophisticated.
The service and the wine were very nice. I give it a 9 out of 10

Let's save the best for last! The last winery we visited was so great! The service was excellent and the wine was amazing. I loved the way it looked outside in the garden, it was very relaxing.
Definitely 10 out of 10!!!

Prince Edward County Lavender

Our very last stop was at a lavender field. It was magnificent!!! I felt like I was in the Aix-de-Provence region in France. I never thought I would find something so wonderful in the middle of Prince Edward County.

The shop offered lots of natural products made with lavender.

I will talk about some of my favorite books, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), food, and beauty items.   Books J'adore New York! by: Isabelle Laflèche . This book is an amazing mix of fashion, crime and love. I've read more than few times over the last few years. The character for Catherine is an amazing portrayal of a French woman's journey in America as a corporate lawyer. The story is really inspiring, showing that there are a lot of hard decisions to make in life, work and especially in love. It's the perfect book for women who have love of fashion and crime/law.
